Accutane is actually a very powerful drug.Though ISOTREX is known as the tropical version of Accutane, the results may not be the same.
In USA, ISOTREX is not available yet.The exact reason is unknown.But I used ISOTREX without the problem.It lowered my sebum production.And transformed my skin from super oily to normal "oily".Please consider that was my personal experience.
